Our Leadership
The PTPL Board of Directors have diversified experience and comprise of senior bureaucrats, entrepreneurs and professionals with knowledge of power sector and insight of financial management. The principal task of governing the company and achieving its principal objectives rests with the Board of Directors.
The core management team consist of professionals with necessary experience and expertise. They lead the Company with commitment towards the objectives set by the Board. Their skills and abilities are an asset for PTPL.

The PTPL Board of Directors consists of ten (10) directors, including three (03) ex-officio directors, six (06) independent directors and an executive director. It is in compliance with the Public Sector Companies (Corporate Governance) Rules, 2013.
