Mr. Saif Anjum is serving as ex-officio director in the Board of PTPL. He is an officer of Pakistan Administrative Service (PAS) and is presently working as Secretary to Government of the Punjab, Irrigation Department. He has recently been assigned additional charge for the post of Secretary Energy Department. In Both of these Departments, he is responsible for policy making and implementation in terms of allocated business. Prior to this position, he has served at various important assignments including Commissioner Lahore Division, Secretary, Local Government and Community Development, Commissioner Rawalpindi, and Secretary Environment Protection Department.

Mr. Saif Anjum has 39 Years of Progressive Experience with the full range of public services, project management, social development, business development and investment promotion etc. He has extensively worked with multilateral and bilateral development partners. He hold master’s degree in development administration and Management from Institute of Development Policy and Management, University of Manchester, United Kingdom and a master’s degree in political science.
