Malik Mohsin is a through finance professional and member of prestigious Professional Accountancy bodies such as Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales and Association of Certified Chartered Accountants – UK (maintainig ACA and FCCA status). He also did his EMBA from Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS). He has more than 19 years of working experience in both public and private sector IPPs and has managed finance function of various construction as well as operational power plants. He possesses sound knowledge & understanding of Project Development Arena (played key role in development of around 3,200 MW power projects worth of approx. USD 3,800 million under different power policies), carried out Investment Appraisals of various projects worth of USD 630 million, arranged project and working capital financing of around PKR 158 billion and USD 135 million, assisted takeovers of O&M of 3 power plants.
He has vast experience of leading and managing finance function of operational IPPs with turnover of more than PKR 180 billion and assets based of around PKR 350 billion.
