Mr. Hammad Altaf Khan joined PTPL as Chief Legal Officer since its inception in 2017. He has over 15 years of professional experience with public sector entities and prominent law firms. He has worked on numerous contentious and non-contentious corporate, commercial, energy, intellectual property, financing, public procurement and constitutional law matters. He has rich multi sectoral experience of working at leading executive positions in energy and other sectors such as Head of Legal QATPL, Additional Director Legal & Dispute Resolution and Company Secretary of Punjab Board of Investment, focal person SEZ Punjab and Company Secretary QA Solar. He also remained associated with law firms including ARK Law Associates, Irfan & Irfan (Attorneys at Law).
