Mr. Zohaib Ahmad Khan is serving as Company Secretary PTPL since May 2021. He is also the Secretary of Human Resource Committee, Procurement Committee, Risk Management Committee and Nomination Committee of the Board of Directors of PTPL. He is a dynamic professional with more than 15 years of diversified experience in the field of law and corporate secretarial practices. He is a certified director from LUMS and is on the roll of PICG. He holds LLB degree from Punjab University and LLM in Commercial Laws from University of Management & Technology. He has also completed his master’s in Political Science and Post Graduate Diploma in International Affairs from Punjab University. He is member of PTPL team since its inception and also rendered services for QATPL from 2015 till May 2021. He also remained associated with leading corporate law firms including Rizvi & Rizvi and Khan & Associates.
